Feature details
Text recognition has released for General availability in AI Builder; therefore, it requires AI Builder capacity to use.
You can extract text from images using this feature not only in Power Automate but also in Power Apps using the new text recognizer component on the AI Builder menu. The text recognizer component in Power Apps lets you see and interact with text extracted from the images.

This feature will be released into the following Microsoft Azure geographic areas:
