Business value
Users do not expect to have to update the status of a goal manually. By having the status of goals update automatically, users can instead focus on the performance of their goals and attend to goals that fall behind and require attention.
Feature details
Users will be able to set up data-driven rules for their goals. This means that goal status will update automatically rather than require manual updates. Users will be able to base goal status on measurements such as thresholds, comparison of actuals to targets, and target percentages. They'll also be able to create and track milestone goals, such as a goal that is expected to reach 100 by August 1.
