Microsoft Power Platform service admins will be able to understand usage with metrics like Monthly Active Users (MAU), the kind of engagement with return users, and the list of apps in use and not in use at the tenant level to drive the right investments. For example, by making it possible to quickly gain insights into usage and inventory metrics, you could direct more resources into heavily used apps.
Microsoft Power Platform service admins, Dynamics 365 admins, and Microsoft 365 global admins will be able to opt in to out-of-box tenant-level reports for Power Apps with options to drilldown to the environment level. For environment-level admins, views are automatically filtered to only include the environments they manage.
Usage reports will provide insights into MAU, sessions, new and return users, and a list of apps in use with filters for app type, connector tier, country, device platform, and player version.
The Maker Activity report will provide details like total apps, active apps, apps created the last 30 days, environments with apps, total makers, app creation trend, and maker trend.
The Inventory report lists all apps with the owner, published dates, the environment it belongs to, the last launched date, and the type of app (canvas or model-driven). There'll be filters for app type, connector tier, and country.
