Progress Bars
A progress bar is used to show the percentage of completion of a lengthy operation. It consists of a rectangular bar that "fills" from left to right. For example, a progress bar can display how much data is left to download or the progress of a program installation. Progress bars can also be used to show the percentage of a value, as in the percent of battery power remaining.
To communicate the purpose of the progress bar, add static text or other information.
