Text Headers
On the Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC, use text headers to provide context for wizards, context for full-screen dialog boxes that contain settings or options, and instructions for picker dialog boxes.

Label Attributes
Limit text headers to one or two words. Use 8pt Tahoma bold, blue font and title capitalization.
Development Considerations
When the options, settings, or wizard are more complex than average, consider adding the Help button.
