Send Feedback

The OnLogIpAddr method indicates that a connection is established between the client application and the connection manager.

Syntax

HRESULT IDccManSink::OnLogIpAddr(
   DWORD dwIpAddr
);

Parameters

  • dwIpAddr
    Specifies the IP address of the Windows CE device.

Return Values

This method should always return NOERROR.

Remarks

The IDccManSink::OnLogIpAddr method is implemented by a client application and is called when the Windows CE connection manager has determined the IP address used it to connect to the Windows CE–based device.

Note   At this point, the connection is considered to be completely established.

This is a good time (during this notification) for your application to initialize the remote communications layers between the desktop computer and the Windows CE–based device by calling CeRapiInitEx.
