Invalidates the measurement state of the current element's layout.

Remarks
Calling this method also calls the InvalidateArrange method internally, so there is no need to call InvalidateMeasure and InvalidateArrange in succession. After the invalidation, the element will have its layout updated, which will occur asynchronously unless the UpdateLayout method is called to force a synchronous layout change.
