The Manager type exposes the following members.

	CheckDeviceMultiSampleType	Determines whether a multisampling technique is available on the current device.
	CheckDeviceType	Specifies whether a hardware-accelerated device type can be used on the current adapter.
	CheckProfile	Checks to see whether or not a particular profile is supported.

	GetDeviceCaps	Retrieves information specific to a device.

	RegisterSoftwareDevice	Registers a software device.
	ReleaseD3DMobile	Releases all Direct3D mobile resources.
