How to: Print Daily Register and Monthly Register Reports

In Microsoft Dynamics NAV, you can generate the following excise reports to track items:

• Daily Register
  Displays the details for the used quantity, received quantity, disposal quantity, opening and closing balances of raw materials on a daily basis for the manufacturing process based on item numbers.

• Monthly Register
  Displays the details for the used quantity, received quantity, disposal quantity, opening and closing balances of raw materials on a monthly basis for the manufacturing process.

To print the daily register report

1. In the Search box, enter Daily Register, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Options FastTab, fill in the fields as described in the following table.

   Field	Description
   ECCNo.	Specifies the excise control code.
   Start Date	Specifies the starting date for the report.
   End Date	Specifies the ending date for the report.
   Item No.	Specifies the item number for which you want print the report. Caution If this field is blank, then the report is generated for all the items.

3. On the Item Ledger Entry FastTab, select the appropriate filters.

4. Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.

To print the monthly register report

1. In the Search box, enter Monthly Register, and then choose the related link.

2. On the Options FastTab, fill in the fields as described in the following table.

   Field	Description
   ECC No.	Specifies the excise control code.
   Month	Specifies the month for which you want to print the report.
   Year	Specifies the year for which you want to print the report.

3. On the Item FastTab, select the appropriate filters.

4. Choose Print to print the report or choose Preview to view it on the screen.
