How to: Print Daily Stock Reports
Microsoft Dynamics NAV provides two daily stock reports:
Daily Stock Account to show the details of daily stock for a specified location.
Daily Stock Movement to show the details about the daily quantity of finished goods manufactured and sold, and their value. The excise tax payable at the time when goods are removed from the factory is also displayed.
To print the daily stock account report
In the Search box, enter Daily Stock Account, and then choose the related link.
On the Options FastTab, in the Location field, select the location for which the daily stock account report is printed.
On the Item FastTab, select the appropriate filters.
Choose the Print button to print the report or choose the Preview button to view it on the screen.
To print the daily stock movement report
In the Search box, enter Daily Stock Movement, and then choose the related link.
On the Options FastTab, fill in the fields as described in the following table.
Field Description Start Date
Specifies the start date of the reporting period.
End Date
Specifies the end date of the reporting period.
If you specify an end date that is more than one day later than the start date, then the report groups the information based on the posting date.
Item
Optionally, specifies the inventory item that you want to limit the report to.
If you leave this field blank, the report shows a page for each inventory item.
View Details
Select to show a detailed view of the stock movement. The report will print a line for each item ledger entry. The lines are summarized for each posting date.
Choose the Print button to print the report or choose the Preview button to view it on the screen.
