VAT Annual Listing - Disk Batch Job
Creates yearly VAT declarations on a disk or an XML file. The XML file can be used to declare the Annual listing (form 725) in XML on the Intervat website. The Belgian government recommends that you use this method of declaration. If you want to print an annual listing on paper, you can use the VAT Annual Listing report.

The layout and the usage of this document have been officially approved by the Ministry of Finance. You can send the printed document to your tax authorities.
Options

Year |
Enter the year of the VAT declaration. You should enter the year as a four-digit code. For example, to print a declaration for 2013, you should enter "2013" (instead of "13"). |
Minimum Amount |
Enter the minimum year balance for the customer to be included in the report. If the yearly balance of the customer is less than the minimum amount, the entries will not be included in the declaration. |
Test Declaration |
Specifies if you want to create a test declaration. If selected, an attribute test is written to the file that uses value 1, which indicates that this is a test file. If you want to test the XML file before you send it, you can upload this file to the Intervat site. The file is then validated without being stored on the server and you receive a notification if the file is valid. The unique sequence number in the XML file is not increased when a test declaration is created, which means that you can create as many internal test declarations as you want. |
Add Representative |
Specifies if you want to include the VAT declaration representative. A representative is a person or an agency that has license to make a VAT declaration for your company. |
ID |
Enter the ID of the representative who is responsible for making the VAT declaration. |
Include Customers From |
Select if you want to include customers from all countries/regions or a specific country/region. |
Country/Region |
Select the specific country/region that you want to include in the VAT declaration. |
