Gets a token for the position immediately after the current LastToken.

Remarks
If additional events get added to the chain, the token that is returned from AfterLastToken will become valid. This property is available even if [P:Microsoft.VisualStudio.TraceLog. EventChain.CanGetLastToken] returns false.
