How do I create a contact for voice mail?

  1. On the Apple iPhone home screen, tap Contacts.
  2. On the All Contacts screen, tap the plus sign (+).
  3. On the New Contact screen, tap First Last.
  4. On the Edit Name screen, in the First box, type the name you want to use for the contact, something like "Outlook Voice Access" or "Voice Mail", and then tap Save.
  5. On the New Contact screen, tap Add New Phone.
  6. On the Edit Phone screen, in the Phone box, type the Outlook Voice Access number that's located in Voice Mail Account Information on the Voice Mail tab, and then tap Save.

If you have problems setting up your phone, look in the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.
