Applies to: Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange

You can set up speed dialing on your AT&T Internet-capable mobile phone. Speed dialing lets you press and hold a key on your mobile phone keypad to dial a specific phone number.

The following section includes general steps for setting up speed dialing.

How do I set up speed dialing for voice mail?

Here are some general steps you can use to set up speed dialing on Windows Mobile and non-Windows Mobile phones. In many cases, the 1 or W is reserved by your mobile provider as the speed dial key for their voice mail system.

  • On some phones, including Windows Mobile phones, you can change the phone number you call to access your voice mail from your mobile provider's number to the Outlook Voice Access number. After you do this, you can press and hold the 1 key to dial the Outlook Voice Access number.
  • If you want to set up your phone for speed dialing without changing the number you call to access your voice mail, you first need to create a contact on your mobile phone and then set up a speed dialing key for dialing the Outlook Voice Access number. Creating a contact and assigning a speed dial key to the contact makes it easier to dial the Outlook Voice Access number. To create a contact for your voice mail, see Create a Contact for Voice Mail.
