Set Up Speed Dialing on an AT&T Palm Centro

Applies to: Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange

You can set up speed dialing on your Palm Centro, which lets you press and hold a key on your mobile phone keypad to dial a specific phone number. But before you can choose a speed dial key for dialing the Outlook Voice Access number, you need to create a contact on your phone. For more information about how to create a contact, see the "What else do I need to know" section below.

How do I set up speed dialing for voice mail?

  1. On the Palm Centro home screen, press Favorites > Menu key > New Favorite > Lookup, select the number you want to use to dial voice mail, and then select Add.
  2. On the New Favorite screen, enter a label for the favorite, something like "Voice Mail" or "Outlook Voice Access", and then select Quick Key.
  3. Press and hold the key you want to use on the keypad, and then select OK.
  4. If you have problems setting up your phone, look in the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.
