Set Up Speed Dialing on an AT&T Pantech Duo

Applies to: Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange

You can set up speed dialing on your Pantech Duo so you can press and hold a key on your mobile phone keypad to dial a specific phone number. But before you can choose a speed dial key for dialing the Outlook Voice Access number, you need to create a contact on your phone. For more information about how to create a contact, see the "What else do I need to know?" section below.

How do I set up speed dialing for voice mail?

  1. On the Pantech Duo home screen, press Contacts, and then locate the contact you want to use to dial voice mail.
  2. On the Contact screen, press Menu > Add to Speed Dial.
  3. On the Add Speed Dial screen, in the Keypad Assignment box, select the number you want to use, and then press Done.

If you have problems setting up your phone, look in the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.
