Set Up a Favorite on an AT&T Apple iPhone

Applies to: Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange

You can't set up speed dialing on your Apple iPhone. But you can create a favorite on your Apple iPhone to dial the number for Outlook Voice Access. Creating a favorite makes it easier to dial a specific phone number for a Contact.

Before you can create a favorite for dialing the Outlook Voice Access number, you need to create a contact for voice mail on your phone. For more information about how to create a contact, see the "What else do I need to know?" section below.

How do I set up a favorite for voice mail?

  1. From the Apple iPhone home screen, tap Phone, tap Favorites, and then tap the plus sign (+).
  2. On the All Contacts screen, locate the contact you want to use to dial Outlook Voice Access.
  3. On the Info screen, tap the number that you want to use for Outlook Voice Access.

If you have problems setting up your phone, look in the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.
