Set Up Speed Dialing on an AT&T Nokia S60
Applies to: Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange
You can set up speed dialing on your Nokia S60, which lets you press and hold a key on your mobile phone keypad to have it dial a specific phone number. But before you can choose a speed dial key for dialing the Outlook Voice Access number, you need to create a contact on your phone. For more information about how to create a contact, see the "What else do I need to know" section below.
How do I set up speed dialing for voice mail?
- On the Nokia S60 home screen, press Menu > Tools > Spd. Dial, and then move to the number you want to use to dial voice mail.
- Select Options > Assign.
- On the 1-touch dialing screen, locate the contact you've created (see the "What else do I need to know?" section below), and then press Select twice.
- If you have problems setting up your phone, look in the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.
What else do I need to know?
- For details about how to create a voice mail contact, see Create a Contact for Voice Mail.
- The 1 speed dial key is reserved for your mobile provider's voice mail system. You'll need to choose a different speed dial key for the voice mail contact you create.
