Set Up Speed Dialing on an AT&T Nokia S60

Applies to: Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange

You can set up speed dialing on your Nokia S60, which lets you press and hold a key on your mobile phone keypad to have it dial a specific phone number. But before you can choose a speed dial key for dialing the Outlook Voice Access number, you need to create a contact on your phone. For more information about how to create a contact, see the "What else do I need to know" section below.

How do I set up speed dialing for voice mail?

  1. On the Nokia S60 home screen, press Menu > Tools > Spd. Dial, and then move to the number you want to use to dial voice mail.
  2. Select Options > Assign.
  3. On the 1-touch dialing screen, locate the contact you've created (see the "What else do I need to know?" section below), and then press Select twice.
  4. If you have problems setting up your phone, look in the user's manual that came with your mobile phone.

What else do I need to know?

  • For details about how to create a voice mail contact, see Create a Contact for Voice Mail.
  • The 1 speed dial key is reserved for your mobile provider's voice mail system. You'll need to choose a different speed dial key for the voice mail contact you create.
