Turn On or Off Missed Call Notifications
Applies to: Office 365 for enterprises, Microsoft Exchange
You can choose to receive a missed call notification in an e-mail message delivered to your Inbox when a caller doesn't leave you a voice mail message. This notification message is different from the e-mail message that contains a voice message left by a caller.
There are two types of missed call notifications: e-mail and text message. For more information about text message missed call notifications, see "What else do I need to know" later in this topic.
How do I turn on or off missed call notifications?
- In Outlook Web App, click Options > Phone > Voice Mail tab.
- Under Notifications, select the Send an e-mail to my Inbox when I miss a phone call check box to turn on missed call notifications. Clear the check box if you don't want to receive missed call notifications in your Inbox.
- On the Voice Mail tab, click Save.
What else do I need to know?
- If you've set up text message notifications for voice mail, you can receive a missed call notification in a text message that's sent to your mobile phone.
