Summary

Supporting localization in a Silverlight appliation requires infomration of the culture you wish to run under. In this lab the Silverlight application used the InitParams to retrieve a static culture name and was responsible for setting it’s CurrentThread’s culture information. This method allows a user to set the the application’s localization using a property. The application’s culture can different than the SharePoint site.
