Directions collection

The Directions collection contains the directions corresponding to each segment of a calculated route. Each segment contains the individual driving directions of a route in route order. Each direction may contain subdirections. This collection is invalidated after the map is closed. This collection supports the Visual Basic For Each...Next statement.

Note  In the user interface, if a collapsed Directions collection includes border crossings, construction warnings, or refuel warnings, these warnings also appear in the top-level Directions collection. In the object model, border crossings, and refuel warnings always appear in both the top-level and child Directions collections. Construction warnings, on the other hand, only appear in the child Directions collection.
