On a Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC, a header is used to display a heading above a list view. Include a header control in an application to enable data sorting, folder selection, and other list-specific functionality for a list view control. In general, a header control should enable folder selection on the left side and data sorting on the right side of the list view control.

Appearance Attributes

The following illustration shows the appearance for a header on a Windows Mobile-based Pocket PC.

Label Attributes

In most cases, limit headers to one word. Two words are acceptable when the header is used with a list view control that has two columns.

For Windows Mobile–based Pocket PC devices, use the 11pt Tahoma font.

Development Considerations

There is no hardware navigation model for this control.
