WSTrustFeb2005ResponseSerializer Members

[Starting with the .NET Framework 4.5, Windows Identity Foundation (WIF) has been fully integrated into the .NET Framework. Class for serializing and deserializing WS-Trust Feb 2005 RequestSecurityTokenResponse (RSTR) messages.
