Completes an asynchronous operation to send a WS-Trust Issue message initiated by the BeginIssue(RequestSecurityToken,AsyncCallback,Object) method.

result
A reference to the outstanding asynchronous send request.

rstr
The RequestSecurityTokenResponse representing the STS response.

Return Value

A SecurityToken that represents the token issued by the STS.
