Represents the Business Entity information type.

The businessEntity schema element represents the Business Entity information type, which is the aggregation of all the information about a business, business unit, organization, organizational department, person, computer, or application that offers one or more Web services.

Attributes and Elements

The following table summarizes the attributes and elements of the businessEntity Element.

operator	attribute	UDDI server that manages the master copy of the business entity.
authorizedName	attribute	Individual who published the business entity.
discoveryURLs	element	Uniform Resource Locators (URLs) that point to additional technical or descriptive information about a business entity.
name	element	Readable names recorded for the business entity.
description	element	Short business entity description.
contacts	element	Contact information.
businessServices	element	businessService elements provided by the business entity.
identifierBag	element	keyedReference elements that act as identifiers for the business entity.
categoryBag	element	keyedReference elements that act as categorization information for the business entity.
