If true, the line display device supports changing the screen mode (that is, the number of text rows and columns).

Remarks
LineDisplayBase class verifies that the device has been opened, then retrieves the value of LineDisplayProperties.CapScreenMode.
CapScreenMode is initialized to false by the LineDisplayProperties class. The service object should update CapScreenMode to an appropriate value in its Open method.
