In Windows XP Embedded Target Designer, you can create a copy of an existing component filter. The copy is added to the filter manager and can be modified.
To copy a component filter
In Windows XP Embedded Target Designer, from the Tools menu, choose Filter Manager.
Select the filter that you want to copy and choose Copy.
A copy of the original filter appears in the list, with the name Copy of <original filter name>. You can edit or rename the new filter at any time.
