Common Uses
Using TPM-only security can be simpler and more convenient for devices that are unattended or which are typically restarted while unattended.
Note
Reliance upon a TPM as the sole means of data security provides a significantly lower level of data protection when compared with a TPM used in conjunction with BitLocker.
