Turns off all descriptors.

If the CapDescriptors property is set to false, ClearDescriptors throws an Illegal exception and returns immediately.

ClearDescriptors may cause a PosControlException to be thrown with the following ErrorCode.

Value	Meaning
Illegal	The device does not support descriptors.
