Clears all buffered device input.

Remarks

Any data events or input error events that are queued by the service object, usually waiting for the DataEventEnabled property to be set to true and FreezeEvents property to be set to false, are also cleared.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
