Clears all device input that has been buffered.

Remarks

Any data events or input error events that are queued – usually waiting for DataEventEnabled to be set to true and FreezeEvents to be set to false — are also cleared.

Thread Safety

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
