Gets the number of currently queued DataEvent events.

Remarks

Indicates the total number of currently queued DataEvent events at the service object. All online units are included in this value. The number of queued events for a specific unit ID is stored in the BumpBarDataCount property.

The application can interrogate DataCount to determine whether additional input is queued from a device but has not yet been delivered because of other application processing, freezing of events, or other causes.

DataCount is set and kept current by the service object while the device is enabled.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
