Gets a Boolean value that indicates whether the printer supports the RemainingFiscalMemory property to show the Fiscal Memory remaining.

If true, the printer supports If false, the printer does not support reporting the Fiscal Memory status of the printer.

CapRemainingFiscalMemory is set by the service object, based on the capabilities of the device.
