Gets the size of the hard totals area.

This size is equal to the largest totals file that can be created if no other files exist.

TotalsSize is set and kept current by the service object while the device is enabled.

Any public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are thread-safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.
