Gets the maximum number of lines that can be printed in sideways mode.

If the capabilities CapLeft90 and CapRight90 are both false, then SidewaysMaxLines is zero.

Changing the LineHeight, LineSpacing, and LineChars properties may cause SidewaysMaxLines to change.

SidewaysMaxLines is typically initialized by the service object to the default maximum number of lines for the point card.
