Gets or sets the data PrintWrite uses to write to Track3.

Remarks

The PrintWrite method writes this data in track 3 of a point card.

Write3Data contains track data between, but excluding the start and end sentinels.

Write3Data is set and kept current by the service object while the device is enabled.
