To add users for access to Removable Storage
Open Removable Storage.
In the console tree, right-click the specific item you want to add user access to, and then click Properties.
On the Security tab, click Add.
In the Select Users, Computers, or Groups dialog box, in Enter the object name to select, type the name of the user or group, and click Check Names to verify the name against the user database. You can add users from a different domain by clicking Locations and choosing a domain from the list.

To deny all permissions, click Remove.
Notes
To complete this procedure, you need the appropriate administrative credentials for the affected Removable Storage item. To maintain system security, rather than logging in as an administrator, log in as a user without administrative credentials, and run Removable Storage as an administrator by right-clicking the Computer Management icon, clicking Run As, and choosing an account in the local Administrators group.
To open Removable Storage, click Start and then click Control Panel. Double-click Administrative Tools, and then double-click Computer Management. In the console tree, double-click Storage and then click Removable Storage.
You can add user access to libraries, to media pools and their media, or to Removable Storage as a whole.
