Locate the Microsoft Clearinghouse Telephone Number for Your Country or Region

Use one of the following procedures to locate the Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number for your country or region by using Remote Desktop Licensing Manager.

Locate the Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number when the license server is activated
Membership in the local Administrators group, or equivalent, on the RD Licensing server that you plan to configure, is the minimum required to complete this procedure. Review details about using the appropriate accounts and group memberships at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=83477.
To locate the Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number when the license server is activated
On the license server, open Remote Desktop Licensing Manager. To open Remote Desktop Licensing Manager, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, point to Remote Desktop Services, and then click Remote Desktop Licensing Manager.
Select the license server. On the View menu, click Properties.
On the Connection Method tab, in the Connection method list, select Telephone.
In the Select Country or Region list, select your country or region, and then click OK.
On the Action menu, click Install Licenses, and then click Next.
The Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number for your country or region is displayed. Write down the telephone number, and then click Cancel.
Locate the Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number when the license server is not activated

On the license server, open Remote Desktop Licensing Manager. To open Remote Desktop Licensing Manager, click Start, point to Administrative Tools, point to Remote Desktop Services, and then click Remote Desktop Licensing Manager.
Select the license server. On the Action menu, click Activate Server, and then click Next.
On the Connection Method page, in the Connection method list, select Telephone, and then click Next.
On the Country or Region Selection page, select your country or region, and then click Next.
The Microsoft Clearinghouse telephone number for your country or region is displayed. Write down the telephone number, and then click Cancel.
