The Microsoft Priva portal is now generally available (GA).
- Updated: Clarified the behavior of Teams tips and related alerts in data transfer policies.
- Updated: Privacy assessment now support the attachment of files to question responses.
- Updated: Privacy assessment responses can now be exported to formatted Microsoft Word or PDF files.
- Updated: In privacy risk management, the "Choose locations" step of the policy creation process is renamed in product to "Choose data sources." Updated in each policy: Data overexposure, Data transfer, and Data minimization.
- Updated: Clarified how to find and interpert insights about personal data in privacy risk management.
- Updated: Clarified instructions for how to start new subject rights requests for data within Microsoft 365.
When creating data overexposure policies in privacy risk management, there are new options to select Azure Storage (preview), Azure SQL (preview), and Amazon S3 (preview) as data sources for the policy to cover. Learn more at choosing data sources for privacy risk management policies.

- In preview: Identify duplicates, apply actions once to all duplicate items, and filter duplicates from view when reviewing data for a subject rights request.
