You probably want to use the sub-classes and not this class directly. Known sub-classes are: ArrayField, BooleanField, DateField, IntegerField, JsonField, NumberField, ObjectField, StringField, TimeField

Name	Description
type	str or ContentFieldType Semantic data type of the field value. Required. Known values are: "string", "date", "time", "number", "integer", "boolean", "array", "object", and "json".
spans	list[ContentSpan] Span(s) associated with the field value in the markdown content.
confidence	float Confidence of predicting the field value.
source	str Encoded source that identifies the position of the field value in the content.
