ScaleSettings Class

Represents scale settings for an AmlCompute target.

Use the AmlCompute class provisioning_configuration method to specify scale settings, the update method to update them, and the get_status method to view them.

Initialize the ScaleSettings object.

minimum_node_count Required	int The minimum number of nodes to use on the cluster.
maximum_node_count Required	int The maximum number of nodes to use on the cluster.
idle_seconds_before_scaledown Required	int The node idle time in seconds before scaling down the cluster.
