Engagement View
As part of our Engagement experiences, we're thrilled to announce the Engagement View. This is a new initiative to provide, in a single pane of glass, insights to all the Azure events requested to help manage your business needs. Our goal is to continue to share information to help you optimize your business.
The Engagement View provides you with access to the Azure event nominations done on your behalf by your CSAM. When you log into the Services Hub, you can view all Azure events nominated for you in the last 365 days, as well as filter the events list by ongoing, archived, or upcoming.
Prerequisites
To see the Engagement views feature, users need the appropriate access permissions.
Legend:
X - Permission is inherited by being a member of this role.
G - Permission can be granted individually to a user.
Services Hub Global Administrator | CSAM | User | |
---|---|---|---|
Read-only access | X | X | G |
If you need access to the Engagement view and are not a Services Hub Global Administrator, reach out to a Services Hub Global Administrator or your CSAM for assistance.
To learn how to manage customer level permissions and provide access to Open Canvas, see Microsoft Services Hub Admin Center.
Access the Engagement View
Sign in to Microsoft Services Hub.
Select the Engagement tab, then select Engagement View.
This takes you to the Engagements page, where you can view and track a list of events.
Within the Engagements page, you can:
- Change and add filters (for example, to view all Azure events from the past year)
- Use "Share your feedback" to provide feedback
- View a list of the CSAMs you can work with if you encounter issues
- View Azure event nomination details
View event nomination details
Select the name of an Azure event nomination to view its details, risks, and critical dependencies.
Submit Engagements page feedback
Select the "Share your feedback" option on the Engagements page to open the Engagements Feedback sidebar. You can rate the events information out of five stars and add any other comments or feedback you have.
No events list visible
If you don't currently have any nominated events to view, the Track events list will be visible but empty when you navigate to the Engagements page.
