In this module, you continued to build on your foundational knowledge of using Power Automate Process Mining to perform enterprise scale analysis of business processes. You learned how to use the process compare feature to identify differences in the flow and frequency or time metrics of the process. By using the root cause analysis feature, you can discover why some cases take longer to complete than others. Additionally, you can create custom metrics to combine different operations, functions, and constants in a formula editor to define your own metric. With the business rule feature, you can define and evaluate KPIs based on your own thresholds and limits. Finally, you practiced using the desktop application to explore a process and use the desktop analysis features to discover ways for improving the process.
