An ALM strategy is in place to provide guidance and support to the team that’s deploying Dynamics 365 applications. ALM isn’t specific to Dynamics 365; it’s adapted for use from traditional software development practices. As a team member, you won’t be defining the ALM process, but it will impact how you work on the project. Knowing some ALM basics can help you be a more effective team member.
