In this module, you have learned about ways to access Dynamics 365 Customer Voice data while using Microsoft Power BI. You were given the tools to be able to access and install the Dynamics 365 Customer Voice Customer Satisfaction app in Microsoft AppSource. To help provide further detailed analysis of Dynamics 365 Customer Voice data, you learned how to download and install Power BI Desktop and connect to and join tables for survey records. By using visualizations, you learned how to create custom Power BI reports to display Dynamics 365 Customer Voice data in a variety of ways, including how to calculate an overall Net Promoter Score for an organization's survey responses. You can now apply these learnings to future projects and provide a robust reporting solution for an organization that wants to implement Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.
