It can help you create job descriptions, screen resumes, and even schedule interviews. Copilot can also help HR managers set goals, track progress, provide feedback, create surveys, analyze results, and even suggest ways to improve engagements.

Copilot for Microsoft 365 acts as an AI-powered writing assistant. It understands context, suggests phrases, and helps generate content, all of which can enhance the quality of your work. The exercises in this Use Case module guided you in using Word, Loop, and Outlook. They did so by:

  • Creating a job description for a new role.
  • Analyzing multiple resumes and providin a report comparing the strengths and weaknesses of each candidate, rank the candidates from most qualified to least, and make a recommendation.
  • Creating a set of interview questions for interviewing candidates for the new role.
  • Creating an email offer letter to the selected candidate for the role.
