Organize team notes and resources with OneNote

Completed

Class, staff, and PLC teams automatically come with a OneNote Notebook. The OneNote Notebook is a digital notebook for the entire team to store:

  • Text
  • Images
  • Handwritten notes
  • Documents
  • Links
  • Voice notes
  • Video
  • And more

The team's OneNote Notebook keeps everything organized and accessible.

In a PLC Notebook, every member in the team has the same permissions and the notebook comes with templates based on the Dufour model for PLCs.

Collaboration Space

In the Collaboration Space, everyone can work together and edit the content.

Content Library

In the Content Library, the educator or administrator can edit the content and learners or staff members can only view the content.

Educator-only or Leader-only section

The Educator-only or Leader-only section is viewable only by the educator or leader and used for staging materials to share later. The entire curriculum or staff materials can be placed in an Educator-only or Leader-only section. When the time comes, the educators can share it to the Content Library or distribute it to learner or staff sections.

Private section

In the learner or staff sections, each learner or staff member has a private space.

  • Learners can submit homework, draft essays, and take notes
  • Staff members can create lesson plans, record professional development goals, and keep track of discipline
