Summary
We have continued to analyze and learn about our customer and their needs to help make better design decisions. As we prepare for our design phase of a project, it’s time to reflect on the information we have so far. Have we acquired enough information to begin the next phase of the project? And if we have not, how can we identify and remedy the gaps?
Key points from this module have included:
- Determining the feasibility of requirements.
- Evaluating existing first-party apps for use.
- Learning from a proof of concept.
- Using a fit gap analysis.
