Intercompany expenses

When you enable intercompany expenses, you are authorizing legal entities and employees to incur expenses on behalf of another legal entity and receive compensation from the legal entity of employment within your organization.

For example, an employee in legal entity A completes a project for legal entity B and incurs travel-related expenses. If intercompany expenses are allowed, the employee can file an expense report, which can be forwarded to legal entity B, and the expense is paid to legal entity A.

Legal entity A will reimburse the employee. If your organization does not have several legal entities, you do not have to sanction intercompany expenditures.
