MB-920: Module 5 Learn the Fundamentals of Dynamics 365 Human Resources
Module 5 Overview
As you begin to teach this module, get familiar with what the students will learn during the module. In this module, students will learn the core capabilities of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources, including managing compensation and benefits and employee performance as well as ensuring that human resource programs meet changing global regulations.
This module consists of two lessons:
- Lesson 1 – Explore Dynamics 365 Human Resources core capabilities
- Lesson 2 – Explore personnel management capabilities in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources
Module 5 Tips and Tricks
- Explain capabilities including management of compensation and benefits, employee performance, and ensuring human resource programs are meeting changing global regulations
- Describe the employee self-service capabilities including training and certification management, and how recruitment processes are supported via LinkedIn Talent Solutions
- Consider leveraging the existing case study in the Microsoft Learn path referencing a bicycle manufacturer to add relevance to the theoretical explanations
- Consider showing the self-service capabilities within Dynamics 365 as a demo
